i noticed about a day ago a red spot on one of my guinea pigs testicle. I Put the guinea pig in another cage so if it is, he wouldn’t spread it to the other piggy. One of my old guinea pigs used to have a fungal infection and the vet prescribed Animax which is an antifungal and anti-bacterial. I’ve been putting it on the spot each daI’ve been putting it on the spot for two days (since i noticed it) I attached an image to see if anyone would be able to tell what it is. thank you!

It is impossible to say what the spot is based on a photo.
It really does need ot be seen by a vet for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Using old medicine is never a good idea until a vet has confirmed what the problem is.
Please take your piggy to the vet.

:agr:
But also, please put the two piggies back together. Even if it is something contagious, then the other piggy would already have been exposed to it by now anyway. Separating them is stressful for them
