Possible growth on guinea pig toe?

Hi there!
My boy has this thing stuck to his toe. my dad noticed it while trimming his nails. It doesn't seem to cause him any harm but it feels hard and fleshy, not really a poop consistency. I don't really know how long it's been there? I let him soak in a bath for a bit but it didn't seem to shrink or increase the thing. I will also attach a photo. Anyone know what this could be? or is it just a poop.

Please do have him seen by a vet

I would definitely get that seen by a vet as if it gets caught and torn off it would really hurt and could get infected. If it was poop it would of come off with soaking it I think.

Please have him seen by a vet. Poo would have come off after a good soak
