I just got 2 piggies a week ago from a pet store, I'm a new owner and I didn't know that you shouldn't buy piggies from stores, and now my piggie Ruby has a swollen, hard ear with dryness. I think it may be a fungus but I'm not sure. I have attached pictures of her ear after I applied some coconut oil and what her ear normally looks like for reference. Please let me know what you think I should do! Any help is appreciated!IMG_20190506_121637.webpIMG_20190506_121644.webpIMG_20190506_121637.webpIMG_20190506_121906.webp

Please have that ear vet checked. Any health problem that is seen within 2-3 weeks of purchase (UK) and 1 month (US) will be reimbursed by the pet shop if you present the vet bill/diagnosis together with the sales receipt as exposure and infection will have happened at the shop.
What to check and look out for in new guinea pigs (vet checks, sexing, parasites&illness)
