I’ve noticed that my Guinea pig eyes are different then how they were when she was little. To me it looks like she’s looking up instead of straight. Can someone please help? I’m not sure how to attach a picture.
You attach pictures by pressing ‘attach files’ just below the message box. However, only a vet can diagnose and treat any issues and eyes are considered emergencies so if you are concerned there is something wrong, then please do take your piggy to a vet.

If both eyes are the same, then there is no need to worry. Some piggies can have eyes that are protruding quite a bit as their genetic inheritance. My Rhosyn did have very protruding eyes and a narrow face, for instance.
When the two eyes are different, then you need to check whether one is either in-drawn (pain; likely from an eye injury) or bulging (often from an abscess behind the eye). In either case see a vet as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours. Eye problems are treated as an emergency in UK vet clinics and efforts are made to see you as soon as possible.
