Hi!
I have two quick questions. :)
1. Today, while I was trimming the piggies' nails, I noticed that one of Vani's nails seemed odd. It was sort of limp, but she didn't really seem too interested in me touching it. She is acting perfectly normal and running around as I am typing this. Do you think that her toe might be broken? How should I treat her? :(
2. Stubbins snuck an extra Vitamin C tablet out of the "cookie" jar when I wasn't looking. I tried taking it from her, but she is surprisingly very strong and gave it a few good tugs. I didn't notice until moments before I had it back that one of her whiskers was caught between my thumb and the tablet. Luckily nothing happened, but I still feel terrible. How sensitive are piggies in their whisker area?
Thanks! :)

Don't worry too much! If the toe is not swollen or red or painful, or cold and blue wirh no circulation, it is probably fine, piggy toes can be surprisingly floppy sometimes, their feet joints have a wider range of movement than ours. Check again tomorrow and keep an eye on it.
Piggy whiskers are quite sensitive, but not essential for survival in a safe cosy domestic setting, and if you had hurt her she would probably have given the stolen food back more quickly. My little boar Theo once looked to have had most of his whiskers on one side removed by one of his lady pig wives, but it only hurt his feelings not his face especially!

I really appreciate your help! :)
