Having a little look in the cage tonight and seen this red looking poop (left and middle, with a more normal looking poop on the right).

Can anyone advise as I’m a bit panicked? I thought maybe it could be from the vegetables they get as they get red bell pepper each evening and red chard alongside some romaine lettuce and a few pieces of cucumber. Is it possible the the red pepper and chard has dyed their poop?

Hi

That looks like vegetable dye to me. You see similar with beetroot of which red chard is a relative.

Blood in poos (rare) doesn't look anything like that.

Chard is related to beetroot so it's very possible if there were red stemmed chard that it has had the same effect as beetroot and dyed their poops.
