3 lb and still getting bigger!

There's a popping sound when he is breathing
This only seems to happen when I pick him up. He is very very timid and gets pretty stressed out when I get close to him so he begins to breath very heavy, and that's when I hear it. This is very recent. He has no other symptoms. He had an URI when I got him and he's not showing those same symptoms. I'm also concerned about his size and he is still growing! Could how big he is be part of it? I'm just really confused, ive never seen this before with my other 3 piggies.

Hmmmm

Try and see if it happens in cage, one of our girls as always been poppy like you describe when she sniffs you or eats it freaked me out at first but it is her normal. So reallly you have to try and assess if it is to he piggies ‘normal’ so to speak
The fact it only happens when stressed would to me indicate it is not a URI but I am in no way a vet and on my a vet can tell for sure

If however it has only just started then keep an eye and if it gets worse a vets check up with Stepascope
