Popcorning or not ?

My Little man Gucci goes nuts running round this home and his run, He flips his back legs out and sort of does this break dancing thing.
While it is funny to watch I am wondering if this is popcorning or he is a bit mad .
He doesn't scratch which makes he think it's nothing to worry about but would like to have someone elses ideas.
He is a happy chirpy little man and loves to lick my and my daughter and does love his cuddles and will come to us when we call him which is lovely as he is only 3 months old bless him.
