Poorly eye - maybe conjunctivitis?

Hi, new member here!

Last Wednseday two baby piggies joined our family! One of them looks as though she has a little sleep in the corner of one of her eyes (or maybe a little sawdust?), and isn't opening it as much as the other. I read to try a saline wash... but should I just pop her along to the vets for a look?

I would take her to the vet as soon as possible as eyes are classed as an emergency. Good luck x
