Hey guys,

I just started using a plastic bag dispenser as a hay rack, he doesn't chew on it and eats the hay. The problem is, I had to move the furniture around so now the kitchen is where the living area used to be. He used to do around 90% of his business in the kitchen, but since the change, he now mostly goes in his living area which is much less convenient. Any advice?

Thank you.

:D What you will have to do is clean up the spot where you DON'T want poops, wash it and remove as much of the smell as possible (maybe try Simple Solutions cleaner?) . Then take some soiled bedding and pops and put them where you DO want him to go.
I have put down washable puppy training pads where my piggies wee and poop the most - under their hay racks.

Thanks :) I'll give this a try and see how it goes. I use paper bedding for the kitchen and also reusable puppy pads for his sleep area. I guess I can just put the pad near the kitchen and throw in some poops? I hope I'm right !

:D I hope it works for you! :tu: When I think about it, I've got something removable and washable down in ALL the spots where my piggies poop and pee: under the hay racks, in their Trixie boxes, under their grass baskets, and in their round fleece hides. It makes for an awful lot of washing! :))

I ended up switching the kitchen back to the same spot, and everything seems OK :) yes , life of a piggy owner ! It's all worth it though. Do your piggies go potty most at the hay rack area?
