Okay, so my boars and generally guinea pigs are poop machines. And soon I will be getting a bigger hutch delievered for my boys, my problem is the amount of poop that is everywhere that I’d preferably in an ideal world like to go in one place. Does anyone have a litter pan in their hutches? because I don’t know how to “potty train” them and my dogs tend to go by the hutch sometimes and eat the poop that has fallen through the gaps in the wire. (I don’t let them out when my dogs are around and keep an eye on them, they tend to just sniff and watch them a little but go away when I tell them to.)

Guineas aren’t really potty trainable generally! I have trays that have their hay and hides on and they do do most of their toileting in those, but only because that’s where they spend most of their time, not because they know they should!
Bigger cages are much easier to keep clean than smaller ones. You’ll find they do have their favourite spots and will toilet there more often, so you could just put a tray in those places and hope for the best!

My dogs also used to love piggie poo! They would climb into the hutch when the pigs were in the run and hoover it all up!

There is a lot of beans shooting out their butts. Like literally within 60 seconds or less of popping them in a clean cage there are beans everywhere?!?!?

I use fleece so thankfully I can sweep them up daily if I didn't I think there would be more beans than bedding! Usually you can only train a piggy to pee in a shaded corner although lots of beans also build up in the corners but not all.
