My Richie has decided he doesn’t like his bed anymore and has taken to sleeping here. Warm, cosy and close to the food. Smart move! 😆

I won’t lie, coming downstairs at 6am the first time he slept under here, I wasn't fully awake, had a bit of a “where the hell is my pig” moment! 😆😆

Ps he does have a bed. A nice soft fleecy plush one underneath his own hidey, but nah, he prefers it here!

Aw bless him, he wants breakfast in bed :D
I know, right! Bless him! His brother Eddie sleeps on his bed, no problem - in fact he is bang out at the moment dreaming and twitching his little ears - but no matter what I give him, Richie will just not sleep on his anymore. I tried bigger beds, like those pod style ones - nope, not bothered, all it did was cause another dominance fight. Richie is a delicate little pig!

I often walk in the room and think "I'm sure I have guinea pigs in there somewhere...." I swear some of them are part chameleon! We never know where ours will be sleeping, the only certain thing is that Mischievous Master Boris will have his bits on display!

Mine used to be free roaming and house trained too. They used to use the hay/litter tray under the table or go back in their cage. You can't really litter train them especially not in the cage but for floor time I noticed where they would potty and placed the tray there. Accidents were very rare and only ever poops.

Is he still out and about like that if other people are around? I'm really quite envious, I do miss my boys free roaming but the cage being on the floor got too much for our old backs.
