Hi, I've been looking at this page frequently and decided to make an account of my own because of my concerns. I have 4 guinea pigs and I recently made my guinea pig cage smaller (not too small, just a bit) so I would have a bit more space but I noticed one of my piggies started acting up. They would start small fights (or at least, I would assume from my other guinea pigs trying to run away from them) and one of my other guinea pigs started teeth chattering. I suspect its because of the smaller set up but I'm just looking for other possibilities? Other than that, my 2 other guinea pigs are fine and doing quite well. Please help, thanks. (new to this, sorry if I marked it in the wrong category, please correct me if I did.)

Hi and welcome

I have put your problem in the title for you. We do our best to answer every thread on this forum as soon as one of us comes on in our own free time; you can help us more by stating the issue so members with personal experiences in that particular area can give their practical input, too.

I assume that you have got a sow group?

Any change to the territory can trigger a renewed hierarchy sort-out. So far, it sounds rather low-level and will hopefully not go any further.
