It should be fine, provided they're well bonded and have floor time daily. I believe the minimum for two boars is 140 x 60 cm, and this one is 160 x 60.
I have this cage and use it when travelling with piggies (hence it's nicknamed the 'hotel cage'). I believe it's very cleverly made and very convenient. It comes with just one house, but I purchased an additional one and put in on the other end of the cage. In that way, both piggies have their own house, and their own pellet bowl on top of the house, leaving plenty of space in between for running laps and playing. The hay racks are also very convenient (it comes with two hay racks).
The only thing I'd urge you to do is throw away the water bottle that comes with the cage. The metal ball in the sipper was loose, and had I not noticed it, it would have ended down one of the piggies' throat. Since then, I found out that this wasn't uncommon and piggies had choked on this particular type of Ferplast water bottle.
