Pine wood pellets?

Still trying to figure out what the best bottom for the cage of my pigs would be, I was wondering if I can use pine litter pellets for their litter box?
A very small amount of the cage only, the rest has fleece. Also, if aspen shavings are okay to use, would that be easier to clean then having fleece?

I’m not really too sure what you mean but I normally put some newspaper down and then some wood shavings from pets at home but my piggies live in an outdoor hutch
