Pimple like spot on my Guinea pigs nose?

I didn’t notice the spot until today and now looking back at photos from a few days ago it was there as well, it seems as though it has grown. Does anyone know what this is?

It's hard to tell from the photos, but if it was me I would have it vet checked.
Their nasal passages are so small and sensitive, anything fast growing in the area needs a professional, hands on check.

It is one of these things that we cannot tell with one glance from just a small picture.

Because of its sensitive location you may want to have it vet checked during normal opening times at your own convenience over the coming week (not that it is likely to be anything bad). Your vet can tell you better what you are likely dealing with and what is the best way forward.

Some piggies can get moles but I'm just thinking that even if it is something harmless like a mole, the fact it's growing and it is near the nostrils would make me want to vet-check it so they can reassure you about how big this might get and whether to be concerned.

The other thing to consider is whether it is actually raised like a pimple or whether it is just an increasingly bald patch that makes it look like it's raised. That could be something different.

Made an appointment with the vet, had them nearly three years now!

Are they boys?

Sometimes they get boar glue stuck on their noses and when they pull it off it takes the fur too.
