Hi, i (Have) to move the guinea pigs into another room wich is at the front of the house. Its the kids play room. And all there loud toys and ect. And its in the front of the house theres alot of people that play loud music and its really loud and alot of bass thst some times shakes the room. The houses are really close together. They are use to being inside a room by themself with no noise they get fed played with by me or my wife and gets sunlight i check there temperature often and regularly, its a 2x6 grid cage with a stand so there off the ground/floor
The cage has a lid. And i can add locks to the lids like i have previously. am just worried about them putting toys in the cage. Ect. I caught my todler poking a stick in the cage trying to hit them. So yeah.

I wouldn't keep them in your kid's play area, if possible. Pigs find noisiness, prodding and poking very stressful and as you have already caught your toddler trying to hit them I would keep them well away, to be safe :( Perhaps have a chat with your kids and let them know that piggies need a nice quiet environment for them to be happy! The noise of bass that you describe as 'shaking the room' will absolutely terrify them, please keep them somewhere else if you can!

Oh yeah absolutely, all that noise is bound to cause some stress issues and probably some behavioural issues later on...
But Kudos for asking the question though...and your piggy instinct is correct which is good to know you are thinking ahead of the game.
