I have 4 male piggies who were all living separately (I have a 2 level c&c so they were next to each other 2 on each level) and Eddie and Hank have always either been together or next to each other since their bond failed. I have just managed to bond Eddie with Spider so they are now together on the top level, and Hank and Small Eugene are next to each other at the bottom as they wouldn’t bond. I’m worried that Hank is going to miss Eddie as they’ve always been neighbours but am I just overthinking it? Eddie and spider are making quite a lot of noise and Hank seems to be looking for Eddie when he can hear him
. I’m always worried that I’ve done the wrong thing but i know it’s better to have at least one pair as I’ve always been concerned that they’re sad on their own. I haven’t got the space atm to have them all on one level or reconfigure the cage in any other way, or to get any more pigs so that Hank and Small Eugene could have friends. I’d love for them to all be bonded but Hank and Small Eugene unfortunately wouldn’t get on, and Spider and S.E were previously bonded but fell out. If Eddie and spider end up not working then I’d probably move them back to their original places but I really want to give them a chance.
