Ode to the piggies
There was a poor piggie called Paul
Who suffered a terrible fall
Lucky for him he was attending the gym
And the mat was incredibly tall
There was a young piggie from France
Who’s owner she joined for a dance
They spun round and round
Till their feet left the ground
And the owner fell into a trance
There was an old piggie called Bob
He was an incredible snob
The rest of the herd thought Bob was a nerd
And far too posh for their mob
There was a pretty piggie from Colorado
Who could not stop eating tomatoes
By the end of the week her fur was so sleek
But her face was all covered in slob
There was a tiny piggie called Kiki
Who Hector thought rather squeaky
When after one night headache turned to delight
And now Hector is just as wheekie
There was a young lady called Posh
Who’s friend Ginger was quite at a loss
Her long luscious hair shed everywhere
To the place where it tickled a lot
There was an old lad called Ted
Who’d sit in the hay in his bed
His mate was called Bill who was never ill
Said I’ll go find some nice meadow grass
There was a handsome piggie called Bill
Who worked down’t road at thy mill
At the end of the day he’d dive in his hay
and stay were lay until dawn
There was a dental piggie with a wonky nasher
Well apart from all that our Ted was a smasher
Ted travelled far and wide with his mate Bill by his side
To see his vet Simon with courage
And after a file Ted could leave with a smile
and get tucked into his forage
There once was a piggie called Hector
Who was dumped in a hedge up in Exeter
He so sad, how could folk be so bad
To leave him with badgers and foxes
There once was a piggie called Ted
Who had a white stripe on his head
He was a handsome dude
And was never rude
To the girlies that wanted his porridge
