Teenage Guinea Pig
Kiwi was a lovely chunky guinea pig and weighed 1.2kg before she became ill...she would grab as much food as she would, and run off with it...guineas aren't meant to be hoarders but she was one. I syringe fed for just over 2 weeks and in that time something I hadn't expected happened...the other 2 got chunky! I don't know the weight difference but it's really noticeable. I always thought Clove (aka little baby, the sacred fluffy) and Rusty were naturally quite sylph like but it seems that they just didn't get to eat as much because of Kiwi! Clove would have experienced the same with plump Pumkin too, who Kiwi replaced. I have a feeling the girls aren't missing Kiwi as much as me now that they can eat more! We have a new little one too but she can't match Kiwi's appetite just yet. Clove and Rusty:
