I took in this super sweet little piggy but his penis is... weird. Its a week till the vet appointment and it's not urgent but I thought I'd ask a hive mind what they think it is. I've seen prolapsed penis's where it pops out, but this is the opposite, it's like he's got so much foreskin there's rolls of it, I can't get his penis to pop out. He has no problem peeing, and he's super happy, popcorns all over the place, easy to pick up and cuddle, and he's not super annoyed when you poke it, so it doesn't hurt or anything. Does he just have an over abundance of foreskin? Will the vet want to effectively circumcise him? Thanks for your advice in advance!

Hello and welcome to the forum. I wouldn’t like to leave it like that for another week. It may be sore or it may cause an infection. It must be uncomfortable. Can you get him in at the vets sooner?
No, between covid and New year we can't get in any faster. I should have included he's about 6 months old and his prec owners said it's been like that as long as they've known

It looks like there may be something stuck in the penis shaft, like a sperm rod or a really hard build up of smegma?
