About a week ago, my piggy's droppings where a little soft but this problem eventually cleared up on it's own (around 2-3 days). This morning, it started again and he doesn't seem to be as hungry as he usually is. It's now just past 2:40pm and he still hasn't entirely finished his breakfast. :( I have been reintroducing cos lettuce into his diet (I hope I've been introducing it slowly enough). What should I do to help firm up his droppings?

Please remove all veg from his diet while he is having soft poops. Only reintroduce veg once poops go back to normal. With a mild digestive upset, removing veg for a couple of days and increasing fibre intake can be enough to resolve the issue.
Switch from the routine weekly weigh it checks and instead weigh him daily, stepping in with syringe feeding if his weight is dropping. Any drop is weight is due to a reduction in hay intake so you must help him if that happens.
You can also give a probiotic.
Please see a vet if poops do not normalise with a couple of days off veg.
