Piggy has a sore leg

Hello, my little pig seems to be keeping weight off of his back right leg. Also seems he isn’t spreading his toes apart like he does on his other feet. He’s still moving around, has an appetite and doesn’t make any sounds to indicate he’s in pain (no squeals and his hair isn’t standing up) no other signs of trauma or cuts etc, anyone have any advice or ideas! Thank you

It may be a sprain or something else. I would get him checked out by the vet. Remember they hide pain well and he may need some painkillers.
