Piggy ate string

Oh my mischievous girl is at it again. Peggy was having floor time while i was doing homework, I turned around to check on her and watched her pull a thread from my rug. I hurried over to get it from her mouth but she saw me coming a gobbled it down. I checked her mouth for it but couldn’t find anything so she must have swallowed it. Is there anything I should do? Wait? See a vet? I pulled another string loose to show the size and I had a hard time pulling it free I don’t know how she did it

Hi! Please keep an eye on your piggy for the next day or two, but hopefully the fibrous string is going to be digested.

See a vet asap as an emergency if she is in pain or discomfort or is stopping to eat.
