Piggies talking through the cages

My eldest puggie likes to talk to his buddy in the next cage but he tends to want nip him either on his toes or nose…..I don’t want to really separate them so they can’t see each other as that wouldn’t be right. I have c&c cages which I have changed the setup and wondered if there could be anything I could do?

Perhaps you could put an end on both cages (rather than just the single row of grids dividing them) and then pull the cages very slightly apart - a couple of centimetres would be enough

I have two 120 cages side by side and my males stretch up to see the other male next door but unable to make any contact as there is a gap between them, I tried bonding them but failed as they wouldn’t back down so have had to keep both sets of boys apart, good luck
