We have just had really bad thunder and lightening, I panicked cos the piggies were on the lawn grazing, they had shelter so I waited awhile cos it was peeing down, well it did`nt show any signs of stopping so I went out to bring them in, and they were popcorning around the lawn loving the rain, thought it was just rabbits that did things like this, they almost seemed cross they had to come in .mallethead

Haha, cute :) Mine have been out when it's just drizzling a little, even though they had shelter, they seem to quite enjoy it as long as they don't get cold. :) If it's raining a lot then I don't put them out, but if it's just a little they don't really mind :)) if it's mild outside like so they won't get chilled.

Mine got caught in a sudden downpoar of rain and they weren't too keen - they all jumped in the house (I use it to carry them) without an encouragement! They obviously know that takes them into cover. Freddie and Nelson didn't seem to mind as much.

But, I noticed it getting dark the other day so I went to put them back in and then it chucked it down, lightning thunder etc and they were all hiding in their tunnels and beds!

Our weather has been good but last night it rained and today thunder and lightening, the piggies are in the indoor run in the shed now, looking a bit cross cos the nice grass carpet has turned into a lino one now!:)):))

god we have had no bad weather here its been sunny and warm for over 2 wks now , just a bit windy today but lovely sunshine x

I was only talking to a friend yesterday, she said we have had dry weather for about six weeks now, think I agree.

awww bless them! my piggy Bear loves the rain and bath time and likes having a little paddling pool (cat littler tray filled with water) in he run when its hot. She LOVES it. my others however hate being wet drool

Hehehe, well atleast they liked it!

Why didnt you get them in when it started storming, though? Did you know they'd like the storm? I dont want to be rude so I'm sorry I really dont mean that to be! Just wondering.
I think it's cause my pigs are house pets and absolutely hate getting wet!
