Is this fresh or dried? It doesn't appear to have the darker outer circle that would indicate blood. Urine oxidises as it dries and goes a rusty colour. Urine can also be coloured by certain veg, red chard was a particular culprit with one of my late piggies.
I would recommend a white towel on your knee with one piggy and waiting until they pee. Repeat until you find the culprit or have had every pig out and no signs of blood. Also keep an eye open for other signs such as squeaking when weeing, fluffing up, sitting hunched in the corner, lack of interest in food

Hi

It looks rather like a porphyrin (natural red dye) pee that are characteristic for the erly stages of a urinary tract infection (either sterile IC or UTI); the can but my also not contain blood. It will take a few days for symptoms to become consistent as those pees and any squeaking when peeing will be off and on for the first ca. 5 days.

It takes a lot of blood to turn a pee showing the light red blood (which dries to mid-brown and not to a dark maroon). Seemingly clear pee can test high for blood while deep red porphyrin pees can test free of blood in my own experience.

You may want to see a vet sometime next week during regular opening times.
