Hi everyone! My 2 piggies moved into their new c&c today for the autumn / winter. I am new to c&c so hopefully I have everything they need! I've said for years I would try a c&c I hope the investment is a good one !

Cheif Guinea Pig - I think towels would be ideal really . How often do you do a change of fleece / towels ? Thanks

I changed my fleece and towels every 3-4 days. Only in the main areas, kitchen and corner. Better if you can change the whole lot every 3-4 days though.

One piggie has been up so far . The ramp has a slight raised texture to it .....I think I will need to come up with a plan as the coming down bit was less than elegant for poor Jasper !

Maybe you could cut some fleece and attach it to the ramp using velcro, or attach a carpet to it.

Looks great set up! I use puppy pads under towels then fleece on top. The puppy pads just help keep the correx dry. I don't bother covering all of the main floor layer with them as that would mean cutting them up and I'm too lazy for that!

You could try a tunnel on the ramp. Either one of those plastic expanding ones or a fabric one. Just be aware - I've got a fabric tunnel and the piggies have taken up residence in it and wee in it ALL the time. I really need to wash it every other day!
