Just wondered if anyone else has a daft herd that are confused by snugglesafe heat pads? Ours met with extreme teeth chattering hostility from Piggle, Puggle and Clover, then Theo humped it and Jezebel started talking to it. Are they silly enought to think it's an odd pancake shaped animal? Jezebel liked the warmth and the company of this imaginary pancake shaped friend anyway, which is great as she sleeps in the colder places more often, and she's a bit too polite to shove the others out of the way and get a good fleecy bed sometimes!

I love this thread so much 😂😂😂
I’m so easily pleased! 😂😂😂

Its a shame that my boys aren’t quite as entertaining! When they first got theirs, they sniffed them and then just jumped right on. They’ve now got four snugglesafes between the two of them so maybe i can convince them to sit on one each and talk to the other!

Spoilt piggies!

They certainly are!
They are outside in my shed so I am doing all I can to make sure they are warm enough. The way things are going, they will be warmer out there than I am inside!
The biggest problem is that it takes a fortnight to heat all four up!

My piggies are indoors so I started with 1 snugglesafe (and extra hay) on the first frosty night then didnt sleep worrying someone might burn their tiny delicate feet on it! Got up every hour to check on them. But 7 minutes in a 700Watt microwave, then put it in the cover and wait 10 minutes until the heat comes out evenly, seems fine. I have another snugglesafe plus extra fleecy tunnels for later in the winter but I quite like the fact the piggies are all growing fluffy winter fur, especially Clover- I can see she has some floof genes hidden somewhere!

I heat my snugglesafes in the cover. Always have done with no problems. The heat comes through quicker too.
