Piggies and underfloor heating

I've tried searching, but can't find any other threads or posts on this.

I may be moving into a house which has underfloor heating on the ground floor. Our girls are currently in a C+C cage on the carpet. I am thinking that we are going to have to lift them up onto a table or some kind of stand to avoid them overheating. Does anyone have any experience, or any thoughts on this?

Sorry I don't have any experience of underfloor heating, but I think I would probably be inclined to raise the cage above floor level just in case. Maybe you could add more grids to make a floor and a stand?
