Piggie making new noise

My 7 month piggie is making a new noise, he seems to be perfectly fine in every other way. My piggies were ill before, sneezing and coughing, so the vet gave the antibiotics twice, but this isn’t the same. I did some research and apparently it’s a way of showing their annoyed, but it sounds too wheezy to make and they’ve never done it before. Here are the videos:
