Hello. I’d definitely get a vet to correctly diagnose and then prescribe the appropriate medication. Anything you buy online or at the pet shop is usually not strong enough and won’t work so you’ll end up going to the vet anyway.
Please have your piggy seen by a vet for diagnosis and to get the correct strength ivermectin/selamectin treatment prescribed.

Are you sure that your piggies have lice? Please be very careful as treating incorrectly or under-treating can cause more harm.
Here is more information on guinea pig parasites. You may find it easier in the Philippines to find US brands.
