Hi

Any bulging eye should be seen promptly and will normally be prioritised by a vet. It is very often the result of a retrobulbar abscess forming, i.e. an abscess behind the eye. The sooner treatment with a stron antibiotic can start, the greater the chances for success.

Sorry for the bad news you won't like to hear, even less under the circumstances. All the best!

Sorry about your boys eye, but her really does need to see a vet.
If you can give us a rough idea of your location there may be members who can help.
Or we have a vet locator in the top bar which might be useful.
