Morning everyone

I've finally booked Pickle in to be neutered on Tuesday next week, getting a bit nervous :...:... especially after Angel was quite poorly after but at least I'll be prepared this time.

I have thought long and hard about having it done but I think it is best for him, at the mo he is on his own and next to my group of 4 which he will be joining and he is always chatting to them and being nosey. :^- So I think he'll prefer being in a group than on his own.

Ill keep you posted on Tuesday! :)

Best of luck to Pickles xoxo
I had Georgie neutered almost 3 weeks ago and the op went very well. He did need a pro biotic for a few days to kick start his gut as sometimes the stress of an op can upset the balance of the gut flora.

Keep us posted on his progress. Georgie is joining the girls next wheek :)

I dropped him off fine this morning, poor little mite, he looked at me as though saying "Mummy whats happening?!"

I've spoke to the vets and he is recovering well.

I'm picking him up from work at 5pm, I have all his fav foods ready!

Forgot to say, the vet weighed him (my scales are a bit dodgy) and he is now a whooping 1.260kgs! When I rescued him in May he was only 750grms.:)):))

Glad he is doing well....its worth it when he gets to go with the girls @)

Out of interest, how much did your vet charge for the neuter? wondered how the price compared with my vets.

I picked Pickle up last night, he was a bit sleepy but as soon as he was back in his cage in was squeaking for his dinner! bless him xoxo I can't believe he is so with it! My other 2 I had done before was groggy for a few days but Pickle has been very mobile an chatty. He is still a bit sleepy and keeps falling asleep with his head in his food bowl! very cute! xoxo

I'm now going to be busy building a new C&C cage to house 5 piggies. :))

My vet charged £34.00 and includes a follow up consulation in a few days

hubby and i laughed when we read he kept falling asleep with his head in the food bowl. he sounds such a character. sending hugs and healing vibes that he continues to improve:rose:rosexx>>>xx>>> and hugs for you too:)p:)p
