Just wondering if any rescues have photos comparing hutch sizes, ideally comparing very small hutches to more acceptable 4-6 ft ones?

I'm trying to do a "outdoor accommodation" board for work, to go along side my indoor accomm one and i'm finding it so hard to decent photos that really show the sizes of hutches. I took some really good ones a couple of years ago with a 6, 4 and 3 ft one all together. But obviously have since then lost it :mal:

If anyone could help me out you would be amazing!

I don't have a standalone hutch, mine is custom built into the end of my shed, its dimensions are 8 foot wide, 5.5 foot tall and 2 foot deep. There's photos of my hutch build in the housing forum. ;)

Have you looked on the hutches thread here so see if there is any lurking in there? Might be worth a go.

I don't have any pictures either but I do hate guinea pigs living outside apart from the May till October at the latest.

I find that the biggest problem with hutches us that they can be quite narrow in comparison with cages. You'll often find 6ft hutches that are only 1 foot 4 inches or 1 foot 6 inches deep. This means that the first is only the same area as a 4 foot x 2 foot hutch & the second just a little larger. Whatever length you're going to use, make sure it's at least 2 feet deep.

If you are looking for photos to do a 'comparison' shot of (e.g. look at this tiny little hutch on the right - it is too small etc) then could you pop into a larger pet shop and photograph a few there with something (stuffed guinea pig) for comparison?
You could always say it is to convince you partner/parents what size hutch you need?
