Ahhhhhhhh my phone just rang and I didn't know whether to answer it or not..so I answered it and no one was there :P Hate it when that happens but anyway..suprised I actually answered. I only usually answer if it's someone I know..I hate talking on the phone, but will talk to a few people..especially if they randomly ring me and I just end up answering..

soo..who likes to talk on the phone and who doesn't? i love talking if its someone i know, but i hate it when it's ringing

I'm more worried about ringing companies than answering the phone :-\ I'm slowly getting used to it at work.
 
I used to love the telephone when I was a teenager.

Always on the phone (for hours sometimes) phoning with my best friends or my boyfriend, my parents actually got a second line because people kept complaining that the phone was always busy ::) :embarassed:

I perfected the thing where you have the phone between ear and shoulder - I could do my homework, type on the computer, make beds, clean cages, and god knows what else, while still being on the phone, and not even getting a stiff neck from it :)

Now I am always so busy I actually started disliking phones, because it interrupts whatever it is I am doing.. as I have moved country, the people who ring me are mostly family now, and they want proper conversation rather than idle chitchat like I used to have, so I cant do other things while phoning, like I used to.

I can do loads of stuff with the phone under my ear - computer, clean the guineas, so the washing up etc
 
I used to talk on the phone forever when i was younger but now I actually don't really like it at all. I am working on it though since i have to call people whille I am working and such. I am always afraid it's a creditor calling me.. ughhhh...
 
Mm it's not actually the talking that bothers me I can talk for hours (unless it's my phone bill :P) but I hate answering it and I've only rang one person is the last 3 years-ish :P but if someone rings me and I know who it is I'll *usually* answer.
 
i have some commincations service asking for a man called Nannie i get about 5 calls a day off them, and my phones on silent cause I'm at school, so i miss it

I hate answer the phone when other people are around cos I have a 'telephone voice'! :D

I don't mind calling people I know or have spoken to before, but sometimes I get so tongue-tied and I guess that's what I get afraid of..
 
Agree with you. It's very different speaking to people you know and starngers.
 
At work when my friends call they don't realise it's me as i also have a 'phone voice' :D :D

Love chatting on the phone, computer.....i suppose nobody can tell that i'm a chatterbox ;D ;D ;D
 
I dont really mind taling on the phone but i always seem to run out of breath ;D

I hate it when I cant understand peope or random people call me! Your like hi... hello! ;D
 
I hate it when the telephone rings at home. Its either my mother or someone chasing us for money :( If its a call centre calling there's always a 2 second delay before someone speaks to you so I put the phone down as soon as I hear that silence ;D
 
I answer the phone all day at work and also call my mum and friends from there (shh!) so by the time I get home the last thing I wannad do is speak on the phone! So I dont have a phone at home apart from my moibile and I can see whose calling on that and I have different ringtone for different people so I screen the calls! Besides the piggies don't like the phone ringing!

Haha thats what we do... they go is mrs soanso there and I go yep ill jut go get her... then i put the phone down and leave it ;D I think it ends up costing them money because they cant use their line until you hang up or somthing ;D

:P yep that happens to me too..never know what to say either :P call me some day and i might answer haha ;)
