Pet safe paint!?

I'm trying deperately to revamp my hutch and want to paint the inside as well as the outside and cannot for the life of me find pet safe paint? And everyone keeps looking at my weird when i ask.. please help lol

i have found 3 tins of emulsion from b&q and they are water based? does this mean they are safe to use inside their hutch? i cant find anything on net malletheadmallethead

I ve been told plasticote spray paint is once dry and used a clear one when making wooden hamster toys to make it water resistant, it does come in lots of colours

i'm going to use this water based emulsion that i have for the walls and ceiling.. and lino the floor with lino squares..

although i dont know what to do to the outside? will emulsion rinse off if gets wet?

getting so confused lol :{
