Perspex / clear plastic?

I am looking to adjust Dolly's cage soon making it a bit bigger and then adding perspex to the sides so she can see us and duke and we can see her but her babies can't escape (thank you Petra for the genius idea). Problem is perspex isn't cheap!

Can anyone recommend a place that's reasonable prices or even something similar - clear plastic that will do the same job?

http://www.plasticonline.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewCat&catId=523 this place has 1 meter x 1 meter clear Acrylic sheets for £11.00 which i didn't think is too bad. Acrylic is dead easy to cut and drill too, it's what most schools stock for product design and the likes.

Sorry I'm late to see this... You obviously don't have the same shops, but my sheet of 3mm clear pvc was 100x240 cm and cost about 20 pounds. I got it from a DIY store and it was by the corrugated plastic roofs and such, if a store nearby you uses similar logic Because you already have grids "thin" plastic will do the job well. Let us know how it works out!
