Personal Question on behalf of Jacob!

Jacob is 10 months old and lives with his 2 brothers. Yesterday there was a lot of chasing and mounting going on. Teddy has got a substance on his coat which I think indicates Jacob got a bit over amorous. I'm trying to be delicate here! Sometimes the boys need a piece of hay or fur gently pulled out of their privates. When I did this with Jacob I didn't want to pull it any further as it was attached to something sticky which I assume is the same stuff. I tried to 'soak' it out with some wet cotton wool but I don't want to pull it as the 'insides' of his willy started to be exposed, so I've left well alone.

Just wanted to know if anyone had any advice. These are my first boys and I check their bits regularly. Thank you.

This happens with Teddy & Larry all the time ::) Wet wipes are good, I use pampers sensitive as no perfume to irritate them!
Cant seem to stop them doing it though, at least they have fair turns though ;D

Aren't boys just charming? When you say "insides" do you mean his actual penis rather than the inside of it? It's just that if it's a huge mess then cleaning it with warm water is a good idea as it can be even more uncomfortable for them if the lovely "boar glue" dries.

I am SO glad my neutered boy doesn't do this!

Boar glue - I must remember that. Ok, lets get descriptive! - when I pick him up and look at him, above the big slit there is a round bit - there are a couple of hairs sticking out of this. When I gently pull those, they start to come out with a bit of boar glue, but also there is like white tissuey stuff which I think is part of him - the bit protecting his penis I assume - I get the impression if I kept pulling the hairs then this tissuey stuff would just hang out and not pop back in.

I think I might have another look tomorrow - maybe it will have cleared?

After all the rumbling, strutting, mounting, chirping of last night, it has gone remarkably quiet. Either they're all not speaking or feel fulfilled!

Thanks for the advice. Girls are so much neater!

Thank god you asked this question I have had the same problem with my rather excited brothers I think poor Blaze gets the brunt of it so to speak ::) ::)

flipping heck piggy porn poor lad ?

Don't pull the hairs, they are attached :) Keratenaceous horns (Spelling?)

;D ;D ;D Is there something in the air? I thought it was winter not spring! My three boys, or should I say Curly, are also at it. Curly won't leave Snowy alone, any which way, he isn't bothered - it took me ages to clean poor Snowy up, there was gunk everywhere, and I mean EVERYwhere even on his head! :o Boys, give me my girlies any day ;D

bob once a week runs up to me with a white patch on his nose, where munchie has been at him again ::) poor boy always looks so violated :o

munchie is like this often with bob. its definately not dominance as munchie is the mellow piggy, so i think he is just gay ;D

ahhhh yes boys ::)
Poor Sully used to have Duke mounting him every which way as well ::) i used to just use a damp cloth but the idea of the wipes sounds brilliant O0
Charming aren't they ;)

Blimey what a graphic picture! :o I'm sure I went red! It's interesting to see a photo though of how it should look. Things have settled down with Jacob, everything seems to have shrunk back. I'm interested about the hairs which are attached - I'm not sure if this was those as they were like long ones sticking right out of the middle and looked as if they'd just got stuck like they do in their bottoms. Are they long hairs? I didn't and won't be getting his penis out like on that photo. Will just keep a check on it.

Thanks! No wonder males always seem to be adjusting themselves with all that going on down there!

ROFL Lez! We have decided that Twinkle is gay! That's perfectly ok but poor Sunshine when Twinkle mounts him he looks at me and says help me mum I'm a stud! ;D

I love my boys with their funny little bits! Or maybe not so little! ;D ;D Definitely something in the air at the moment! Goggles has been constantly mounting Snap until Snap decided it was his turn. He mounted Goggles from the head end though which meant Goggles mouth ended up down by Snap's bits and he bit snap all around it! Ouch! :o :o :o I had to separate them for a few days until Snap had healed up! Amazingly they have re-united really well! :)

maybe munchie and twinkle could be man friends ;D ;D bobs really not interested and gets so angry at munchie sometimes. chases him away, when munchie tries to sneak up behind him ;D its funny to watch, munchie is obviously searching for any way to take bob by suprise ;D ;D

The two hairs are on the end of the penis, some boars don't have them though ::) Not what I'd call long but how long's a piece of string ;D

These hairs are called styles and are keratinaceus. It has been suggested that if these are missing,or the boar only has one style,he will be infertile.I have nev er put this to the test!.
Would be interesting and useful to know though.

Ooo ive never noticed any hairs *off to check Ralfie!* will they still be there if he's neutered?!

666) :police:
Well well well I AM SHOCKED! i'm glad all my boars except two are singles! :o
There will be none of that going on in my shed! i run a respectable establishment here! ooh dear time for a lie down!
Ron :embarassed: :embarassed:

Yep,they will still be there if the boar is neutered. The styles are on the tip of the penis which is not touched by the snip.

Interesting! I checked him before and he didnt have any! But apparently he's been used for breeding? Would they be visible?! Not that it makes any difference lol he's neutered now but I'm intrigued! x

Yes they are visable. You will have to extrude the penis right out.The styles are right on the tip.

If the boar does not have any and has been used for breeding, this wipes out the theory that styles less boars are infertile!.Glad I did not put it to the test.! I have a boar with no styles and was tempted to put him with my girls!.

;D well i wasnt too invasive so i may just have not seen them, i will have another look when i get him out later ;D dont think i'd risk it either, though it would be really interesting to know!

Dare I ask what the hairs are for? Is it to tickle the female's fancy? ;D

Thanks for the correction Mary :) Goodness knows what they'd look like with keratinaceus horns coming out of there ;)

Do you think all this amorous behaviour could be to do with the moon....i find my girls start all their rumbling and dominant behaviour towards each other when it's full moon. It was a new moon a couple of days ago wasn't it. Does anyone else notice the moon affects their piggys behaviour or is it just coincidence?

I'm glad i've got girls and don't have to deal with gunk and cleaning boy bits....it was bad enough having a male horse! I don't want to go through all that again even if it is on a smaller scale  I remember the woman in the pet shop showing me what a male looks like when i wondered if i actually had a male and female because of all the mounting going on and i was amazed how all that could be hiding inside something so small LOL ;D
