Percy-Roo has a new hutch!

Hurrah we finally sorted out the hutch issues!

We bought this on a mad dash last Monday before we were due to go away.

Its the Pets At Home Poppy Den Rabbit Hutch, 4ft by 2ft.

Although I have read some comments on the quality of the wood etc its a lovely hutch. Spacious and with a few extra screws and nails very steardy.

Percy-Roo adores the second level in the hutch, and has a new favourite game bounding ontop of his dog bed and then ontop of the second level and back down again. :))

We're going to be buying him a hutch cover for the winter, and some more vetbed.

Oh and we're painting over the scarey bunny picture on the left door pannel, as the bunnies scare me.@)

Percy Roo - so glad to have you back. Your hutch looks lovely, and of course your a handsome a very handsome boar! x).

Thank you. He does love his new home, he hops into it after run time on the evenings its so sweet!

Eeeeee exciting times! He'll make such a lovely Huspig (although i do think he needs to go to etiquette lessons before meeting a beautiful girly pig......as hes currently known as 'the asbo pig'....

One day he'll be a huspig.....I think she'll have to be a quiet girl though as Percy likes being boss and shouting as everyone including the dog!
 
Hurrah! That's a great size hutch. Percy-Roo is a lucky boy.

My Joe used to be known as Asbo Joe at the rescue, and when he moved in with my girls, Jenny referred to them as the Asboettes. rolleyes We don't stand for and asbo behaviour here though (well, hardly any).

Hahaha! Joe sounds just like Percy such a cheeky pig! I like the term 'asboettes'

He is a 'bad pig' hes destroyed one run (chewed through the 5cm thick wood), chases pigeons (! ive never known a pig to actually go out his way to run at a flock of pigeons on the lawn), pulls on his bars.....picked fights on poor Artie and Harvey when we first introduced him to them....hes known for nibbling peoples t-shirts...hehe the list is endless such a character though!

I just hope he doesnt teach his lady friend bad habits too :))
 
Did you get your boar from pets@home as he looks so much like my barney and charlie in colouring?/

Awwwww no hes a rescue piggie, I've recently adopted him from Leanne, who runs a guinea pig and rabbit rescue. Hes around a year old, so he could of originally been bought by his previous owners from PAH :)

thats the same age as my pigs were is this centre you got him from i got them from PAH in crayford kent
