I have been feeding my girls bell peppers and very recently have let them have the stalk too - I thought it would be okay but then read somewhere online not to.

So my question for the guinea food experts - can you?

First thought is not...but will just do some research for you.

i would say no but maybe wrong i just give bell and cut every thing esle away make sure no seeds on it poisonous

I've never given the seeds. I have stopped giving the stalk too until we find out a definitive - better to be safe than sorry right?

I can't find anything about this at the moment, searches have shown nothing so far. But, since the nutritional value is in the pepper itself, there really is no need to feed the stalk. It is best to avoid both the stalk and the seeds, just stick to the bit that really matters. :)
