Peeing Like No Tomorrow!

One of my new guinea pigs Maize, always pees on me when I bring her out her cage, my other pig Maria doesn't pee on me at all, only got them on Saturday n new to guinea pig life

If you observe closely you will find that she will give a sign when she needs to wee. Often a guinea pig will look at you, fidget or nibble your clothes.

One of mine teeth chatters like an impatient sign, so I know pee is imminent.

You have to keep an eye out for the sign of ready to pee however that said my Bea was awful for peeing on anyone who held her when I first got her, it was almost like a protest against human contact but after a lot of time and bonding she has settled and now doesn't automatically try and pee on everyone

Yeah mine do fidget or do something different just before they wee. Unfortunately I don't always get the message but generally 10 minutes is enough on your knee.
