Pee in hay

[Guinea pigs late' and bumbble]

Hi my two guinea pigs cant stop peeing in their hay and I'm Just wondering is it bad for them to then eat it or is that ok because i change their hay rack box and everything and they Just like to go inside and sleep and then take a pee and poo

Yep this is normal. . I’m sure they don’t mind eating dirty hay or clean hay. . I do change their dirty hay quite often but it’s always going to have some pee and poops in it too.

This is perfectly normal. Mine usually ruin a brand new hay pile in minutes

I agree, it’s totally normal and absolutely fine. They pee and poop while they are eating and sleeping.
