one of my guinea pigs sadly passed away on thursday and i’m now unsure wether to keep my other one. she has no behavioural changes at all but i obviously don’t want her to suffer being on her own( i don’t want to get another one). i want to keep her obviously but don’t know wether she would want to be on her own. any advice please?

She is used to being with another piggy and while right now she will be grieving, in the longer term, she will become lonely if you don’t find her a new friend. It’s never easy when you want to stop the piggy cycle but her needs also need to be met. Do you have a rescue centre nearby from whom you could foster a piggy? That way your piggy would have a friend to see out the rest of her life with and when your piggy passes, the foster piggy is handed back to the rescue.
