Can guinea pigs ingest these? Amazon.com

I just saw a video about them on tiktok, they gave them to their rabbit, and it looks like something my guinea pigs would destroy in a second. I would rather these than their hutch.

Are these safe?
 
They have willow tunnels and balls but they get too thick and they end up leaving half of it, and they prefer the painted, coated wood.
 
Try carrot cottages or hay cubes, these are made of cardboard and my piggies love giving them a good chew. A paper shopping bag (handles removed) or box full of hay with a bit of dried forage, a few nuggets or bits of veggies mixed in with it is also popular. There are lots of things you can offer as enrichment that don't need to be bought. Mine don't really with with the willow tunnels but do like things made of dried grassy stuff.

This is a particular favourite (you can pick them up cheaper than Amazon if you look around online).
