how often can they have pak choi? i know its a cabbage so its only going to be in small amounts but i would like to know how many times a week they can have it

If you are going to feed it, then only give in small amounts and no more than once a week

Ruby loves a piece of park choi, but she only gets it once or twice a month.
I tend to avoid too much of the green leaf and feed more of the white stem.

Mine get an occasional leaf of pak choi but it’s probably about once every 6 - 8 weeks.
They love the leaf and flatly refuse the white stem

i feed pak choi twice a month,as @Merab's Slave suggests,they do not like the white stem much !
