Ovarian Cysts causing issues

So i have a 6 year old female, she is super active for her age, and another female who is 3 years old.
So my 6 year old (Dumbo) has ovarian cysts, and some mornings i check on the piggies and Dumbo is chasing my other pig (Florrie) around, and her vulva is very very swollen. This morning I separated them because Dumbo kept pulling Florries hair (Florrie is an alpaca breed so her hair is long) this happens ever 2 weeks or so, i get so sad to see Florrie in so much distress because of this.

The vet diagnosed her with ovarian cysts and said to leave it, unless it causes Dumbo pain. Dumbo is not in pain, but she is stressing my other pig out and i don’t know what to do
