Ovarian Cyst or just pregnancy?

My Lolie has a bit of crust on her nipples, everywhere I've read it says it might be an ovarian Cyst, although she doesn't have hair thinning. She is big but I think it's bc of her being pregnant, since all my other sows were. I can't rlly afford a vet right now so I'm hoping there is a different reason for crusty nipples. Here's a picture of her. (I will be going to a vet if she doesn't have babies soon though, bc that means she might be big bc of a cyst.)

She is not pregnant, since she has not had babies. I thought she might be pregnant since my other two girls were. She is over two years old and I've had her since she was a baby. Plan on taking her to the vet whenever I get the money, any idea what the cost might be to get an ovarian Cyst removed? I've heard some people say 200-800

Not all cysts need surgery - it depends on the type of cyst.
Equally, we cannot advise what the costs might be because we are a UK based forum and with US vets being more expensive and all vets have different charging structures, we would not be able to compare.
You are better off to get a vet to diagnose the issue and then discuss treatments and charges specific to your case.

If you have boars in the house as well as sows, then do ensure the boars are kept well away from the sows so there is never any risk of pregnancy.
