Ovarian Cancer

Before I knew Oreo my 5 year young Piggy have Ovarian Cancer, I was told if it was Ovarian Cysts to ask our vet to administer a Cystorile Injection. Can I still do that if its Cancer? Will it help Hormonal Issues?
