Junior Guinea Pig
My 3 guinea pigs will be in a hutch attached to a run in our garden. Originally I was planning to shut them in at night and then in the morning when I feed them I would open it if the weather forcast is good or keep it shut of its bad. (Bear in mind the hutch is very large so they won't be cramped). But now I am considering still shuting it over night but opening the hatch to the run whatever the wheather (they are only outdoors from March to November, so no threat of snow). Are guinea pigs clever enough to stay inside of its raining or damp or is this a bad idea? ( the base of the outdoor run will be hemp not grass and they would have many hidey places)
